Dr. Chan Yuet Ping
Principal of Ju Ching Chu Secondary School (Tuen Mun)
Dr. Chan Yuet Ping is a dedicated educational leader who champions equity in education, prioritizing student well-being alongside academic growth. Embracing the philosophy of inclusive education, she fervently supports STEAM education for all students, emphasizing a well-rounded development that integrates science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.
Dr. Chan has made outstanding contributions to STEAM education in the Tuen Mun district, highlighting her commitment to establishing a diverse and inclusive learning environment. Through her advocacy for student welfare, academic excellence, and comprehensive STEAM education, she plays a pivotal role in shaping a supportive and enriching learning experience for all students under her guidance.

Mr. Chu Ka Tim
Principal of Shatin Pui Ying College
Chairman of the Hong Kong Association for Computer Education (HKACE)
Mr. Chu Ka Tim is passionate about ICT, coding, e-learning and STEM. In addition to nearly 20 years of experience in the school sector, he organises a lot of activities to empower students, especially girls to learn coding, STEM education and media and information literacy education. He is also appointed as a committee member of the Education Bureau and the advisory Board of some organizations to contribute to the education sector.
He is an award-winning teacher including Outstanding IT Teacher award and teaching award on information literacy and led his school teams to win several International Outstanding E-learning Awards for STEM, Coding and Computational Thinking.


Mr. Li Chi Man, Jimmy
Principal of TWGHs Sun Hoi Directors' College
Chairman of Hong Kong Association for Science and Mathematics Education (HKASME)
Mr. Li is an esteemed secondary school principal with nearly three decades of experience in Science and Mathematics education with a profound commitment to educational leadership. Having previously worked in the Science Education Section of the Education Bureau as a Seconded Teacher, Mr. Li brings a unique perspective to his leadership role as both a school administrator and a practitioner.
Mr. Li actively engages in the field of STEAM. He has served as the HKDSE Biology SBA District Coordinator, member of the EDB Biology Textbook Committee, Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Hong Kong Budding Scientist Award and International Junior Science Olympiad, member of the Steering Committee of the International Biology Olympiad, and committee member of the HK STEM Education Alliance. Mr. Li's significant contributions to STEAM education in Hong Kong demonstrates his dedication to fostering academic excellence, promoting scientific inquiry, and advancing STEAM initiatives at both local and international levels.
Mr. Wong Kin-wai, Albert
IT Manager of Ying Wa College
Chairman of Association of I.T. Leaders in Education (AiTLE)
Mr. Wong Kin Wai started his teaching career in 1990 and has worked in aided, subsidized, DSS (Direct Subsidy Scheme), and private independent schools. He currently serves as the IT Manager at Ying Wa College and is also the Chairman of Association of I.T. Leaders in Education (AiTLE). This association, a professional organization for educators, focuses on enhancing teaching and learning effectiveness through various activities that promote the use of information technology.
Mr. Wong has served and currently serves as the Google Educator Group (GEG) Hong Kong Leader and as the chairperson or member of various committees under the Education Bureau, the HKEAA (Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority), Hong Kong Education City, and Quality Education Fund. Additionally, he is an IT consultant for the Employees Retraining Board and different primary and secondary schools.
